Glacial Flour

The boy and I went to Mt. Rainier over the weekend.

The rivers that form from the melting glaciers are super murky.

They are filled with "glacial flour." Basically, clay sized particals of rock that stem from erosion.

Pretty neat.

Also, really fun.

Seriously, that bridge is making me a little nervous.
