The past two weekends the boy and I went out mushroom hunting in the coast range.
Chanterelles are everywhere!
So far I have made:
Pasta with Tarragon and Chaterelles
Omellette with Chevre and Chanterelles
Winter Vegetable Potpie
Cream of Chanterelle Soup
Pizza with Gruyere, Carmelized Shallot and Chanterelles
Chanterelle Eggs Benedict
We might go again this weekend.
