I made delicious curry and watched the 1979 french film Buffet Froid aka Cold Cuts en anglais.

It was hilarious. I recommend the curry/cold cuts evening for all.

A Question.

I was approached by a friend last week who shy-ly admitted he read my blog. He asked me how blogging changed my own creative approach.

This is a very intriguing question.

My first response was "it dumbed it down." I don't think it is that simple though. After some time I realize the better answer is that it has made me less of an over thinker.

My second response was that I never really blog about stuff that I am truly inspired by. This too is strange. Isn't that what this forum is supposed to be?

Now I am re-thinking everything about blog.

Especially after his (friendly) chastising of my lazy blogging and infrequent posting.

This is an interesting question though...any insights?

Sunday Morning.

I would like to wake up to this every Sunday morning for ever and ever.

I would put on my think wooly-slipper socks and This American Life.

I would make my coffee and a savory (gf) crepe with roasted squash and fennel and rosemary.

I would sit at this table and pull out my magazines from the week and flip through the pages and just be.

It would be fantastic.

Please.

This was one of my favorite things from the trip.

We don't have Waffle Houses here in Oregon so now I'm sad we didn't stop at one.

Their sign is so amazing to me.
