I LOVE Target for clothing. It's really where I get the bulk of my wardrobe and mix other things in. It's the best place for young teachers to buy fun clothes.
Is it just me or are the Targets in Portland not good??? I feel like I always found cute clothes at Target in California, but somehow the Portland stores seem different! (Very likely I am just imagining things)
