Stella McCartney Resort







I am an unapologetic hater of resort lines. Always have been.

I remember studying them in college and thinking they were bougie and awkward.

The colors and cuts are often absurd. Silhouettes unlike anything you would ever normally wear. Resort lines were like a bad homage to gilligan's island.

Ms. McCartney has me rethinking everything I know about resort with her 2011 collection.

And I love her for it.

    I agree...always thought resort was somewhat unnecessary. Spring and fall is all we need :)
    I do love the floral shifts in her collection though.
